Das Haus ist abseits des Stadtzentrums von Rio de Janeiro Richtung S\u00fcden gelegen, auf einer Anh\u00f6he in Canoas (Barra de Tijuca), umgeben von einheimischer, tropischer Vegetation.<\/p>\n\n<p>Das architektonische Werk schlie\u00dft einen Felsen im Schwimmbecken mit ein. Dieser Fels wird auch im Haus selbst verwendet, um beide Stockwerke miteinander zu verbinden, da er als tragendes Element f\u00fcr die Innentreppen dient.
