Floating Licenses

RhinoLands and Lands Design for Rhino supports floating licenses using Cloud Zoo or Rhino Zoo, both free services of McNeel. The Cloud Zoo lets you manage floating licenses online among several users and the local Zoo through a local network. The Cloud Zoo option is ideal for corporations and schools, because it can simplify license distribution.

In addition, RhinoLands and Lands Design also have the Standalone license mode, the evaluation mode, (which is fully functional during 90 days), and the Viewer mode, when the evaluation period has expired. When Lands is in Viewer mode you can open and save documents that contain Lands Design objects and render the scene, but the editing features are disabled.
